The UKâ??s leading fine art publisher, Washington Green Fine Art Publishing, is helping one of its top selling artists to support Bliss â?? the charity for special care babies. Caroline Shotton, famous for her witty and endearing â??quirky cowsâ??, has painted two very special pictures which have been recreated as timed limited edition boxed canvases and available from Castle Galleries for a limited period only. A generous £25 from the sale of each print will be donated to Bliss in this unique collaboration.Caroline Shotton was extremely grateful for the support she received from Bliss when her second son, Elliot, was born prematurely last year. She was so impressed with the help she received from the charity, that as soon as Elliot made progress, she used her experience as inspiration to create two new pieces of art. Caroline especially wanted to show how grateful she was to Bliss for all the advice and support she received during this emotional time.â??I felt that Bliss supported me and equipped me with the right information in order to make all the best and informed decisions for Elliotâ??s care. I am eternally grateful to them,â?? explained Caroline. â??Elliot is getting better day by day and I am so grateful to the charity for being there when we needed specialist support. Nothing can prepare you for the shock of your baby being born prematurely, but through Bliss I found all the information that I needed. They offer an unparalleled and invaluable support service.â??Carolineâ??s two new pictures feature her naive cows and interweave her familiar humour with her own personal experience of the fragility of a newborn baby. Entitled Special Delivery and Handle With Care these timed limited edition boxed canvasses will be available for a limited period only from 14 July to 30 September from Castle Galleries nationwide, or visit www.castlegalleries.com
